Busclima Factory Strength
Production Scale: A 50,000 square meter production base.
R&D and Testing: Equipped with a 1,200 square meter advanced testing center, driven by a professional team of 84 engineers and 250 employees.
Technology and Equipment: We have imported a complete set of European R&D software and testing equipment, and widely apply high-efficiency and environmentally friendly compressors, photocatalytic converters, and digital temperature control systems.
Quality Assurance: All products undergo rigorous testing for noise, vibration, salt spray, high temperature, and rain, ensuring their green environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, comfort, and reliability.

Bus Air Conditioning Production Capacity
Annual Capacity: 70,000 units, accounting for 35% of the Chinese bus air conditioning market, firmly holding the top market position.
Production Lines: Equipped with 4 state-of-the-art core production lines and 4 automated production lines.
Production Efficiency: Annual capacity reaches 7,000 units, daily capacity is 300 units, and the production cycle for a single air conditioner is only 2.5 minutes.

KingClima Development History
1997: KingClima was established. In the same year, it introduced the Zexel (now Valeo) DKS-32 compressor and the Bock FK 40 series to the Chinese market.
2003: Busclima branch was established, beginning production of bus air conditioners and providing installation services for major Chinese bus manufacturers such as Yutong Bus, King Long Bus, and Yaxing Bus.
2006: An overseas business division was established, successfully exporting bus air conditioners to India, South Africa, Egypt, and Turkey.
2008: Business expanded to Latin America, entering the markets of Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina.
2010: As the standard supplier of bus air conditioning systems for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, providing support for the event.
2015: Provided innovative all-electric bus air conditioning solutions for project companies such as Tesma and Solris in Malaysia and Colombia, as well as Yutong (E7, E10, E12).
2016: Further expanded its market share in independent (auxiliary engine) bus air conditioning systems in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
2019: KingClima launched air conditioning products using new environmentally friendly refrigerants.
2022: Busclima launched an enhanced steam-jet electric bus air conditioning system, continuing to lead technological innovation.
