High-quality automotive-grade polyurethane sealant must be used. Employ a “sandwich” sealing method—a layer of sealant at the bottom of the mounting frame, a layer at the air conditioner base, and a final seal over the external seams. Ensure all screw holes and seams are completely covered by the sealant.

Use sufficiently high mounting pads to ensure a gap of at least 3-5 cm between the bottom of the air conditioner and the roof, creating an airflow channel—essential for heat dissipation.
